The mandatory practice session for AES – Nepal started early morning in a silent town called Nagarkot which is an hour away from the crowded Kathmandu.
The popular trucks of Nepal’s mountain biking community provided shuttle to all the riders to the start point of all the 7 stages.

The participants from all the categories found the trails demanding whereas local legends like Buntay Panday, Rajesh Magar, Mangal Lama were seen pinning each and every section of these stages.
