R.I.P Kelly McGarry

We hate to share this news; Freeride legend Kelly McGarry aka The Gentle Giant  passed away while riding in Queenstown today. Two paramedics were flown to the trail by helicopter but McGarry, 34, was found dead on arrival. The trail is very popular with mountain bikers and can be accessed from the Skyline Gondola. The Otago Daily Times reports that Kelvin Perriman, St John Central Lakes territory manager, confirmed a man had died.
